I had everything Opportunities for eternity And I could belong to the night// The Persona. Passionate. About anything and everything in her life is passionate. Trinity fell in love with music hard and fast as a child, and it's how she's lived her life ever since. Generally this can lead to bad decision making and waking up next to someone different every morning... but she's loved every second of it. And she certainly wouldn't give it up for anything, and anyone who crosses her will quickly find themselves burned. Trin doesn't take shit from anyone after all, and given her rather dark past she shouldn't have to. So cross this passionate rocker and you may end up with a black eye, or worse considering she almost always wears countless rings on her fingers. Trinity is a bassist at heart, but she's always had a passion for singing and composition. In whatever spare time she has (which isn't much, admittedly considering her fast-paced lifestyle), she's sitting in her room strumming up a song on her guitar. Or blasting her bass and pissing the holy hell out of the neighbors if she's having writer's block. Either way, she's more than a one-trick pony who can only rock out on bass. She's got plenty of other musical creds besides. She smokes like a chimney too, and will cuss out anyone who denies her a cigarette on a bad day. You make me wanna die I'll never be good enough// The History. Trinity Rose Cooper was born to Annelise and Robert Cooper on November 21, 1989. Her parents were both scientists, like hardcore scientists. Discover the cure to cancer kind of scientists, actually. They were both constantly busy with research, experiments and the like, so Trin lived a pretty free lifestyle as a young child. She got in a lot of trouble, made a few friends on the streets, and lived a pretty typical life for a kid. Until Trin started going to school, of course. Her parents quickly realized that if Trinity kept acting so rambunctious and as "common" as the other kids, she would never become a five-star scientist like themselves. Not that 8-year old Trin really cared about discovering the cure to cancer of course, but her parents certainly did. It was then that they began to take an iron grip on Trin's life. No hanging out with friends until all of her homework was done, and her grades were kept under tabs at all times. And so went most of elementary and middle school. Trin hated it, and a lot of her friends began to lose touch with her as she was forced to devote more and more time to her studies, until she was completely alone. Worse, her former friends began to make fun of her for being a "nerd", and it wasn't long before Trinity was the punching bag of the grade. It sucked. Throughout all of middle school Trin dealt with bullying, which her parents viewed as merely an obstacle on her larger path to greatness. Trin, of course, didn't see it that way. She began to lose confidence quickly, and before long she had developed severe anorexia. Her grades began to slip, and her parents sought medical attention a year later when her self-harm and lack of food threatened her life. After Trin finally got out of the hospital, things began to look up. It was freshman year of high school and she had transferred to a new school system, with new kids and more potential for her to grow. She still saw a therapist every week, but it was then that she discovered music. The school required that all freshmen take an intro to music class, which stole Trin's heart in seconds. She would stay late every day after school, practicing the guitar until her finger's bled, and singing until her throat was raw. She told her parents that she was spending time after school studying for her advanced biology class, which they were fine with. It was a lie, but she knew what they would say if they knew what shenanigans she was really up to. Trin joined a band in her high school not long after that, and played the bass. She adored it, and her fellow band members quickly became her best friends. She hadn't really had any best friends before that, so needless to say this experience impacted Trin deeply. Her confidence began to grow gradually, and she started secretly applying for music programs for college and sneaking off to gigs with her band. Her parents began to suspect something was going on, and eventually found out about it when they found a video of her band's performance online. They banned Trinity from music after that. So she moved out. She wasn't the shy and afraid anorexic girl anymore, after all. She was eighteen by then, and it was senior year. So she just rented an apartment and payed for it with help from her band and her other part-time jobs. She hasn't seen her parents since. Trin applied for some college music programs, but quickly discovered that she much preferred performing acoustically at local bars and coffee shops than going to class. So after graduation that's what she did, since her band had broken up. However, all the time that she was performing in coffee shops, she missed her band. She missed the exhilaration and adrenaline of performing with a group live. She needed that back in her life. It was her drug, after all. So when she heard that Suicide Season was seeking a new bassist she jumped on board. She was worried due to the rumors circulating the band, but luckily she made the cut and ended up loving it. The adrenaline was back. The fast-life was hers once more. Her passion had returned. And everything you love will burn up in the light Every time I look inside your eyes Make me wanna die// |
